Louisville, Kentucky – Tour Begins

We’ve long sung the praises of Louisville. Kentucky’s largest city, Louisville is home to over 633,000 residents and some of the most historic neighborhoods and iconic architecture and attractions in the state. It has a dazzling riverfront, vibrant business (and bourbon!) districts, and some of the loveliest parks in Kentucky. We love this town, and we’re not the only ones who do. Louisville was one of only 12 U.S. destinations on The New York Times list of “52 Places To Go in 2023”. Toast to the start of your lively getaway at a welcome reception with your fellow travelers. Settle into your home for the next three nights – a glorious hotel in downtown Louisville, centrally located hotel in downtown Louisville, KY allows you to easily make your way to Main Street and indulge in the city’s bourbon culture at many popular distilleries on Whiskey Row.

Day 2

What a Day!

Grab a great cup of coffee at the hotel and experience a Louisville original. Heine Bros, which opened its first location in 1994, serves organic and fair trade coffees from around the world as well as a variety of specialty drinks. If you’re in the mood for something more substantial, Wild Eggs is a short 10-minute walk away. This casual yet contemporary eatery offers unique dishes like Sweet Home Apple Bourbon crepes, Bananas Foster French toast, the Mr. Potato Head egg casserole, the Creole omelet and the everything muffin.

After breakfast, we head to the famed Louisville Slugger Museum. Take a tour of the on-site factory, which details the production of Louisville Slugger baseball bats, then explore the interactive exhibits and memorabilia housed within. As part of our tour, let’s head right next door to create and bottle your own bourbon at their sister company, Barrels & Billets! Boxed lunches will be provided.

We will head back to hotel mid afternoon to get ready for our excusive steamboat dinner cruise.

Indulge in a truly special evening aboard the Belle of Louisville for our Captain’s Dinner! Board the Legendary Lady for a delectable, chef-prepared meal, including your choice of red or white wine. Then, take a self-guided tour of this regal vessel, where you will have access to areas that are off-limit during normal cruises, as well as meet the Belle of Louisville’s Master Captain Mark Doty and crew.

Captain’s Dinner guests have access to the entire vessel– with a chance to tour the Belle’s authentic Engine and Boiler Rooms and even go to the roof to visit the Pilot House, with the best view of the river anywhere! After your dockside dinner and VIP tour from 6 to 7:30 p.m., you’ll leave real life behind on the shore and depart on a beautiful escape from reality aboard the Cruise from 8 to 10 p.m. Your Captain’s Dinner ticket includes a delicious meal, one bottle of wine per couple, a behind-the-scenes tour and two-hour cruise.

Day 3


Start your first morning with a light breakfast at Quill’s Coffee, a roast house that prides itself in its community-centric atmosphere. In addition to handcrafted espresso drinks, pour-over coffees and various types of tea, guests can enjoy yogurt with granola, breakfast burritos, warm kale salad and mochi waffles.

Experience what makes the state of Kentucky so great with a day filled of bourbon and horses. The adventure begins with a full tour at a beloved Kentucky horse farm. Next, you’ll enjoy a local, Southern-inspired lunch, followed by a full tour and tasting at a KY bourbon distillery. It’s the best of Kentucky, all in one day! . Departs from Omni Hotel in downtown Louisville.


Day 4
Louisville – Tour Ends

Wish Bourbon City goodbye as your tour draws to a close. Transfer to airport for flight home.

Your final payment date is determined by your travel dates. For multi-day tours, final payment is due 60-90 days prior to your travel dates. We will send you a payment link.

Lifestyle Cruise and Tour will search multiple airline carriers for the best itinerary for the group and the lowest possible price. 60-90 days prior to departure, we will present to you our group airfare quote. Group Air Deposits

To reserve a group block, a deposit is usually due within two weeks from receiving a confirmed quote. Each group contract will provide specific details for required deposits, if any.


Names are usually due 45 to 90 days prior to the departure date. Some airlines charge additional fees for name changes after the final names have been submitted or tickets are issued. Each group contract will detail the specifics for name deadlines and utilization time tables.

Traveling Separately From Group

Travelers who opt out of group air option will recieve a refund for the wholesale contracted transfers from departure and arrival locations.
